This site has other tools as well. It has a home affordability calculator, amortization calculator and more.

There are great tips on improving credit and a Q and A section from which we can learn just by reading what others have enquired about.

If you have buyers who may not want to be prequalified by a lender may be they should atleast check out their credit on this site.

Stover Mill in Warwick Township, Bucks County has great buys under $250,000

Stover Mill is a community of townhomes located in Warwick township, Bucks County. There are two and three bedroom homes and some have basements.

Two web sites that will save you Money

FreeCycle.org is a great site where you can find almost anything you need . It is organized into local communities so you can register on the site for a location close by .

If you have things you no longer need just post it on the site and chances are you will find someone who can use it. They will come to your house by appointment and pick it up. Or if you need something look for it on the site and contact the person who wants to give it away for free. Some of my home sellers have used it to give away things they don't need and thus got rid of clutter.

If you love to read a great site to consider is www.paperbackswap.comYou register online and post books you want to swap.If you are looking for a book and you find it, just order it. When you send books, you pay the postage but you get credit for a book so you can get a book in return.

Warminster township is located in Centennial school district

Based on information in trendmls, our multiple listing service there were 31 homes that sold in October. This does not include homes not listed, sale by owners, commercial , multi units etc and is subject to errors and omissions.

The homes were marketed for an average of 79 days. the lowest price was $71,000 for a one bedroom condo in 55plus communiyu of Centennial station and highest price wa s$350,000 for a single home.
