I have noticed homes priced under $300k have been selling . I looked up the multiple listing to look for homes under contract priced between $1000,000 and $2,000,000
Based on info in Trend there are 18 homes under contract with an average price of $1,507,388, highest price is $$1,999,000 and lowest is $1,019,000. these have been on the market for an average of 180 days. These do not include homes not listed and the information is subject to errors and omissions.
