Background
Phil Mitsch was born in Brockton, Massachusetts on July 20th. His sign is “Cancer”. He moved to New Jersey at age 2 and attended Sacred Heart Grammar School in Mount Holly, New Jersey, Holy Cross High School in Delran, New Jersey and LaSalle University In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in “Business Administration” and minored in “Real Estate Law”. He started working in real estate as an “office boy” at age 16 and went on to obtain his New Jersey Real Estate “Agent’s” license at age 19 and his New Jersey Real Estate “Broker’s” license at age 21, at which point he became the youngest real estate Broker in New Jersey’s history. After obtaining his “Agent’s” license he worked for a South Jersey residential real estate firm in an “Agent” production capacity. After obtaining his “Broker’s” license he worked for the same firm in a “Broker-Manager” production capacity. At age 22 he then opened his own real estate firm, Phil Mitsch Realtors, in Marlton, New Jersey where he worked in a “Broker-Owner” production capacity until he entered the international educational arena in 1994.
