The Community Room is located in the City Hall (16720 SE 271st St., Suite 100, Covington, WA 98042). The event will feature speakers from the Small Business Development Center, the City's Police and Community Development Departments and Frause Communications.

You may be eligible for a loan modification under this new program if you can answer "yes" to all of these questions. There is no cost to you.
You don't need to be behind your mortgage payments to be eligible. Although, you will need to provide proof that you are struggling to stay current on your payments or at risk of imminent default.
If you are eligible for this plan and are approved, you will be put on a trial modification for three months at a new rate and payments. After the trial period, if you are able to maintain the payments successfully, you will be put on a fixed interest rates and payment for 5 years.

I was fortunate to have just listed a property where the seller is cooperative when it came to staging.
