Phoenix residential real estate market has shown signs of improvements in the last several months.

Recent data from Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) shows average agent days on market (ADOM)has been declining from 106 days in February 2008 to 72 days in September 2008.

ADOM is a good indicator for determining if the local real estate market is improving or getting worse. A decline in ADOM can normally indicate an improving market even though prices may still be declining.
