Feng Shui Chick?

I know everyone hear the term Feng Shui, some cultures provide the earliest evidence for Feng Shui, The history of feng shui covers 3,500 plus years before the invention of the magnetic compass and its origins relied on astronomy, the goal of feng shui as practiced today is to situate the human built environment on spots with good CHI. The "perfect spot" is a location and an axis in time. Some areas are not suitable for human settlement and should be left in their natural state. The idea is to control and learn how to use the creative cycles of the five Feng Shui elements this are WOOD, EARTH, FIRE, WATER, METAL, can we use this to our advantage? Can we do something different to get our listings more appealing? I think YES, I recently have a listing that make me realize how important is the feeling of a home, and I have experience a very peaceful one, as I enter the home, this feeling of peace, very pleasant, very open, even when the house was small, the atmosphere was terrific, I noticed a center fire place in the family room, the colors throughout the house where all earth, it is like everything was in perfect harmony with all the pieces in the walls as well as furniture, nothing fancy, just simple, them the owner ask me if I ever hear about Feng Shui, so my answer was no, and she explain to me in great detail all she has done to the house, we have 5 showings , and everyone said they love it, we got a contract in lass than 30 days, do you think this can be possible? Well, I do, so now my first advice to my sellers is to rearrange some things in the house as well as to get different colors, first LESS IS MORE do not overdo with personal touches. Invest in some landscaping it will increase the property value and create a totally new energy around the home. Remember CHI is the term for the universal energy, or the energy that permeates everything around us. This feng Shui term applies to the energy inside your body, as well to the energy inside and outside of your home, so let's get the energy moving!!!!! And good luck
