All kidding aside, the real estate market is not what you may be hearing. In the last few months the median home price has been rising. Existing home sales in our area are greater than at the peak of the market in 2005. Homes are selling fast, with multiple offers, for higher than list price. Think I am full of bologna? Shoot me an email and I will PROVE IT!!! The wise investors and individuals looking to get into the market at the bottom are JUMPING IN NOW!!! Look around at the news; it seems to me that the population is banking on the country pulling through this crisis, not crashing into oblivion.
