Did you hear? Coeur d'Alene is at the TOP in population growth and still growing. Why not? This has to be one of the most beautiful places in the world to live. Yes, WORLD! Plus everything else it has to offer; Great people, restaurants, shopping, street fairs, art walks, classic car shows, Iron-man Competition, wooden boat shows, recreation, hospital, medical services (even a Cancer Center), North Idaho College (a College on the Lake), Charter Academy (Nationally recognized as one of the Top High Schools in the Nation), you can actually go a mile in a minute on the HWY! (That's a big one if you're from the Southern CA areas), Gorgeous Lakes, I could go on for pages on what this area haLake Coeur d Alene, City by the Lakes to offer.

I guess if I wanted to sum it all up; Along with our incredible Beauty, we have Substance and Quality of Life. It's no wonder that a recession can't stop people from attaining their little piece of our utopia! Whether it is for year round living, 2nd home or Recreational Getaway!

It's worth a visit. You'll be hooked. We came for a visit, from Newport Beach California, about 20 years ago and could never get it out of our hearts. We just had to move here! And we did!
