The Adventures of Seth and Spencer continues...

I spent all day today prospecting on the phone and taking calls from the investor pool I have generated for some time now. Spencer, my 2 year old is totally into what I do for a living. This may be the case because he is with me during working hours; we took him out of daycare about a year ago. He does not mind going into some of the most questionable properties in Philadelphia, and others do not mind if he tags along or sits in on a meeting. He does what daddy does, pokes walls, ceilings, and does not mind the paperwork either. Give him a piece of paper and a pen and tell him "let's do some work", he grabs the pen and paper and says "work". Voila, he is a happy camper.

Now Seth on the other hand, "another property?" What happened to that 5 year old that was always willing to go on an adventure. Real estate has been replaced with Rachel Ray. Yes he likes to watch Rachel Ray, and always wants to be mommy and daddy's helper in the kitchen. Oh well, I'd rather have a few broken eggs in the kitchen compared to an unhappy 5 year old on an appointment.
