Found Great source for web site development

I found a company that is doing some great things for agents and their web sites. Let's face it that's where the buyers, and sellers are looking for information and agents.

I wanted someone to keep my site current, notify my database and maybe send a newsletter monthly.

Then I discovered this company does all this and more. They have sites specific to short sale, foreclosurses, luxury home sites, and more. I could get traffic to my current site, but it was not the message they were looking for so I would lose them. Sites specific to their needs was a huge bonus.

They are developing sites to use for your listings too. What a great selling tool for sellers. They like to see there name in lights. LOL

Anyway, what a huge load off of me. It's very time consuming to develop and manage a site, not to mention expensive. This company does it affordably.

Great stuff.

Short Sale Craziness

When are the banks going to get started on processing short sales faster ?

The president has asked some lenders to stop or slow down foreclosures. I 've talked to a few who process short sale pretty much exclusively and they feel this is happening.

If the banks can't look at an offer for 30-60 days is there really a whole lot of benefit to slowing the process? By the time the bank does get to the offer the buyers have moved on.

It is imperative that the the short sales get processed for the banks benefit as well as the home owner.

The banks can give bonuses, fly fancy planes but can't see the economic benefit of hiring the resources necessary to handle the flow of short sales. The news..... tells everyone it will get worse. Something needs to be done about this craziness.

When you have agents slashing prices just to get offers on their listings and banks offering reduced pricing it sure makes it tough to price a home for a seller who is not in a distressed situation. Or.. you have buyers who think it's over priced compared to the short sales and the bank owned homes out there.

What's a home seller to do!! The longer the inventory of bank owned and short sales stay on the market to lower the prices will continue to go. At least the banks could do is process the offers they have in a some what timely manner.

Crazy!!
