Its been almost two weeks now of constant rain here in Morris County, New Jersey with the exception of a day or two when is wasn't raining the entire day. But I've taken advantage of the indoor time to get myself organized, catch up on missed/overlooked projects and taking time to research the inventory for properties that are getting ready to expire, etc.
1.Other things I've done are; Set up at satellite office at my partner's house and pulled an old printer I had laying around out of retirement for simple printing projects that don't require dozens of copies. Having a printer around is one of those things that we often take for granted but I find I miss certain opportunities to print out a simple thank you letter or cover sheet when I'm not near one.
2. Found a place nearby that refills ink cartridges for half of what it costs to purchase new.
3. Watched training videos that are real estate-related to help bolster my productivity.
4. Started blogging more!
5. Researched the technical aspects of SEO's, new technology that can help in real estate.
What has the inclimate weather done to help your situation?
