Built in 2004 the Fairhaven Square Condominiums was previously known as the "abandoned half finished steel structure on the corner". Rising from the demolished debris is a beautiful brick building with french balconies housing twenty-two residential condominiums and eight commercial street level units.
There is currently one 354 square foot "micro" studio unit for sale featuring a loft bed, hardwood flooring and a very high ceiling. This unit is an excellent investment, especially for a student attending Western Washington University.

The Fairhaven Square is a secure building and the common areas include a rooftop deck with Southern views situated between the two private penthouse decks, handicap accessible, bike storage, underground parking garage and a lobby entrance. Located in the heart of the Fairhaven District near shopping, bus and trails.
Located in the Urban Village Historic District of Fairhaven this building was constructed in 2005 and houses twenty-one residential condominiums and seven commercial street level units.
Currently there are two residential units for sale in the building; a 1,244 square foot two bedroom with a courtyard view and a 840 square foot one bedroom with westerly views of the Fairhaven district.

The building features incredible common spaces to include a large rooftop garden deck with bay views and a third floor interior courtyard with gardens and a life size chess board. The building is secure, handicap accessible and has two parking garages.
