    Sales of Existing HomesIt appears Florida's EarlyBird tweetered this morning, "FAR has finally come to the realization that our current housing crash actually started in 'the third quarter of 2006.'"

    Now they are all waking up with the sun glaring in their eyes and dead worms all around them asking, "How long have I been sleeping?"

    I called this back in summer of 2006 but was called a "naysayer." (See chart.) Now the giants wake.
