Paula Denmon is a 17 year professional Realtor with her clients best interest at the center of her commitment to North Texas Real Estate. Think Horses, Friends, Acres, Dogs, Cats, Family, Fun, Water
Here it is... Why do first timers love me? Why do my clients come back time after time? Why do past clients recommend me to their families and friends? Why do agents call me with referrals again and again.? BECAUSE! I really CARE about each of them as people and HONOR that FRIENDSHIP with SERVICE and KNOWLEDGE that each can TRUST.
I have been a Realtor for 17 years right here in the D/FW area, primarily servicing Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman and Navarro counties. (all of these located just south of Dallas and Ft. Worth and growing like TEXAS weeds). Finding Keller Williams Ellis Co. when it opened in 2001 was like a match made in RealEstate heaven, at least for me. The culture and training that this company has brought to me has made this profession the culmination of a lifetime of work. My degree is in Interior Design (my first career) and my next time was spent as a C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) making sure that every contract was letter perfect(second career) and add the two together with a big dose of people savvy and AHHA---Real Estate Agent. I love it! I'm never burned out! I adore my sellers, but never tire of buyers. I know that I have the best profession in the world.
I will answer any question (age,weight...maybe). The best thing about real estate is that you think that you have heard/done it all, then wham, something comes up so intriguing that you are sure you could never be bored again. I would love to meet each one of you out there... even if it only an email and picture. And best wishes to all of you.
Just email or call and I WILL BE GALLOPING TO GET BACK WITH YOU.
MY FIRST PASSION: HORSES, so obviously, I most love listing and selling equine properties and horse ranches. Horse people are special, and to be lucky enough to have them for clients is special for me. I raised and showed horses (three day, jumpers, dressage) for 27 years, so I KNOW what "horsey folks" want for their families and their animals. Just please, give me a chance to make that horse person happy. You will not be disappointed.
YEARS IN THE BUSINESS, AND I STILL LOVE FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS: many agents tire of their enthusiasm, never-ending questions, and endless energy looking at house after house. I guess it is the "teacher" in me from a long line of distinguished educators ( I was the first in the family to break the chain) that finds the time I spend with first timers so rewarding. Nothing is more satisfying than to hand them those keys...unless it is that call that says " will you sell our house? we've outgrown it and want to buy a bit bigger". I will treat each of them as if he/she/they were my own son when he was a first timer.
OUR HUGELY POPULAR AREA REQUIRES THE LATEST INFORMATION. As our area expands to greet the new comers to our"southern counties", it is very important that the agent has the best knowledge of our towns as they grow from small rural communities to more sophisticated small cities. My aim is to advise the clients about the best ways to take advantage of the family friendly small town atmosphere while honing in on the best "pickup" from our nearby cities.
IT TOOK A WHILE, BUT PAULA MADE IT WORK. Paula had a wonderful small horse farm listed on top of a hill. You could see Dallas on a clear night. It was perfect for our horsey family, and we negotiated a contingency contract with sellers relocating to Georgia. Two months-60 days was all we had, so she put our house on the market. She relentlessly marketed our house, showing it often, and within a month brought us an offer, again working as an intermediary with a Contingency Contract. Back to work getting our buyers small home sold. Amazingly, she worked out a contract that got them a sale... and we all were happy dominoes moving into our new homes. Chip (email Paula for my full name and number. I will be glad to speak with you.)
Thank you, Paula. You sold me a home 6 years ago. I called you recently, feeling against the wall, about to lose our home, me,wife, and two young children. You took the time to tell me step by step what to do, what to say, and helped me each day until our mortgage company worked out a way for us to stay in our house. 10/2008 Preston (see ABOVE)
PATIENCE. She worked with us one year until we found the perfect home for us, all of us, 4 horses, 3 dogs, a few cats, 4 children and a budget about 1/2 of what would have made the job easy. John (see ABOVE)
