About Us:

Starting out my real estate career doing residential property sales, I learned quickly that only offering one product does a disservice to the clients who look to me for helping them make money in real estate. Being able to offer a wide array of inventory, investment opportunities, and potential income-producing properties is what my clients need, and what they deserve.

I have explored nearly every square mile of Horry County - tracts of land, commercial, residential homesites, single-family residences, condominiums, townhomes, Intracoastal Waterfront, oceanfront, golf course and more. I can find exactly what you are looking for, or I will find someone who can.

Sometimes being labeled as "brutally honest", I will advise my clients and look after their best interests whether it is financially beneficial to me or not. A water lover myself, I enjoy working with properties found on the water, such as oceanfront, Intracoastal Waterway, Waccamaw River or any other water feature. With my past experience in pre-construction residential homesites, I continue to stay abreast of the up and coming projects throughout Horry County.
