About Us

Eastern Prince William County and Eastern Fairfax County is our turf. We are a locally owned and operated firm that takes pride in the opportunity to provide high quality lawn care services to our community.

Since we are a local organization, we are very familiar with the conditions that have the greatest impact on Northern Virginia lawns.

• Your lawn will be mowed weekly on a regularly scheduled basis
• Your lawn mowing cost will be set for the entire mowing season
• As a preferred customer you will receive priority service when you decide to use any of our other services
• Our other services are provided at a "per incident" rate as your lawn requires.

From the time you begin to think about the arrival of spring until well into the winter months, we are available to provide a wide range of services to you.

Available Services

Mowing

• We use a combination of commercial and traditional style lawnmowers.
• Our mowers mulch grass clippings providing natural nutrients to the turf area
• Bagging of clippings is available at an additional cost
• Trimming is provided throughout the entire mowing area using gas-powered string trimmers
• Final cleanup of walks, decks, porches, patios, driveways, mulch beds and street area is accomplished using gas-powered blowers

Grass can be cut to a variety of heights, but we maintain a height of 3.25 to 3.75 inches during the mowing season.. A slightly higher cut reduces stress from drought, protects and helps control weed germination during periods of minium rainfall.

Edging

Edging with a power edger is available on a quotation basis. Walks and street areas will be blown clean.

Seeding

Over seeding for both Spring and Fall is available on a quotation basis. On average we use 2 to 5 pounds of seed on 1,000 square feet of lawn. The amount applied depends on the thickness of grass in any area.

Core Aeration

An aeration machine removes a plug from the soil. It aids root watering and minimizes compacting of the soil. We can provide this service as part of our over seeding quote or it can be provided alone on a quotation basis.

Fertilization

Fertilization is available on a quotation basis. Spring and early Fall fertilization uses a slow release product while a late Fall fertilization utilizes a fast release product. We use commercial, organic products.

Mulching

The price for this service varies with the amount of mulch needed to achieve the desired height. Thare will be an additional charge if the area to be mulched needs to be edged prior to laying the mulch,

Leaf Cleanup

This service is available in early Spring or November to February

Pellitized Lime

Service available on a quotation basis

Sod

Sod laying service is available in reclaimed areas or in newly cleared areas. If you prefer, we can give you a quote to clear the area that is to be sodded

Brush and Shrub Trimming

This service is available on lower bushes and shrubs. We can remove bushes, shrubs and small trees, but we are not a tree service

Pressure Washing

We are equipped to pressure wash and apply water repellant to deck areas. Additionally, we can pressure wash porches, patios, wooden fences and concrete or brick walls
