That is the tagline I use on a small 2x3 card that I get for Trick or Treat...I get a large supply for my seller. It has a photo of their home, mls#, room count , price, and of course my contact numbers. I have them hand it out during Trick or Treat. Just one more way to reach buyers and sellers!
Is it just me? Or do you wish tomorrow was the election? I am sooooo ready to be done with this election, no matter who wins...Of course I have my favorite, but I am tired of the unrelenting tv and radio commercials....PLEASE OPEN THE POLLS SO WE CAN GET THIS OVER WITH!

I had one of those silver bracelets back in the early 70's.....I cant remember my prisoners name, and I don't know what I did with that bracelet... I remember them being all the rage, everyone had one...I went to a Catholic grade school, so we prayed for our soldier daily. Now I wonder who had a bracelet with John McCains name on it, and wonder how much that would be worth now?
What are you doing to calm buyers fears, and get them out there looking and buying? With the media cranking out negative story day after day, many people actually believe that there is NO financing out there, that it is totally halted... What methods are you using to get your message across? Blogs, websites, mailings, emails? What is working for you?
