I've been away from posting on My Blog for a while. However, I'm back and will be update this regularly.

So much happens each day in this real estate business it's important to dedicate the time.

The market continues to be uncertain. There are lots of would be buyers waiting for the signal to buy, but are afraid of jumping in at the wrong time.

Well, I think it's a good time and I am in the middle of negotiating a purchase for myself.

In fact, as an active member of the United States Coast Guard Aux., he often spends his spare time as an Officer, teaching boating safety courses to the public, inspecting vessels, patrolling the local waters to assist boaters in distress. His Coast Guard designations include "specialist" in weather, advanced navigation, seamanship, Aide to the Commodore and past Commander of a Flotilla.

The Ideal Place: For someone who loves the sea so much, the "Treasure Coast" of Florida is the Ideal place to call home. I love this community. "It's the perfect place for me to enjoy the ocean and sample some of the cultural events and fine dining along the "Treasure Coast". After vacationing here he decided a career change was in order and the rest is history.
