About Us:

Puroclean of Madison handles water emergencies, mold situations, fire damage clean-up and crime scene remediation. We began Puroclean in 2006, after long careers in insurance. So we know insurance from the inside and out.

We're licensed contractors in the State of Wisconsin, and can handle almost any size job. Most recently we recovered a storm damaged home on Lake Mendota where we coordinated necessary permits; roof replacement; drywall replacement; hardwood floor refinishing; mold remediation and general cleaning, scoring high marks with the owner and insurance company. But no job is too big or too small for us.

We use a method called "Rapid Structural Drying" for water emergencies. This means we can get the home or business dry in less time and with a lot less collateral damage. In fact, we can recover a claim faster and for about 20% less than traditional de-watering and dehumidification methods. We keep scientific records of humidity and temp and document our work with photos.

For mold we use the least invasive cleaning agents and guarantee our work for 20 years. We maintain $1 million in mold insurance.

For fire, we get you back to a pre-loss condition as quickly as possible

For trauma (crime scene) clean-up, we leave the premises so that only happy memories remain.

WATER DAMAGE RECOVERY--Puroclean of Madison is aligned with licensed plumbers and sewer experts to stem the cause of loss very quickly and permanently. Then we come in a recover the residence with modern technology. While other remediators lift carpets and run air beneath to dry, Puroclean of Madison uses weighted extraction. In comparison to other methods, we can remove 80% of water from the carpet and pad and then set efficient LGR dehumidifiers to dry the area. Afterwards, we sanitize with carpet cleaning. We also have equipment designed to dry wall cavities and to recover wet hardwood floors.

MOLD PROBLEMS--Puroclean of Madison follows NYC Guidelines, the only published and nationally recognized general protocol for mold remediation. We use State-of-the-Science cleaning agents to stop mold cold. Then we guarantee our work for up to 20 years, depending on the level of remediation applied. Your health and safety is our top concern in recovering your business or home from mold conditions.

FIRE DAMAGE RECOVERY--When the firemen leave, we come in to remediate smoke and odor problems and have experience in handling the damage caused by fire. We can clean out the fire damaged material, repair and clean; and most importantly, de-odorize your residence so that you can get on with your life.
