I have had a 90 year old client whom I have fallen to adore. She is the perfect elderly women. cute as a button, great skin cute smile just a lovely older women. I have had a closing on her home this week. She has not lived in it for a year now. She moved to an assisting living home. She has her own room set up fancy. Well at our closing she started to cry, and stated now everything is gone. I don't own anything anymore. It was a moment where you wanted to take away this cute Lady's pain. I made sure the next day I cut flowers from my garden, and I brought my 10 year old daughter to visit her. This isn't the first time i visited it's the second. I have established a new relationship with this elderly women and I know I have made an impact on her life. I have been kind, sweet and always listened to her speak. She loves telling stories of when she was young. I love listening to them. The experience of not selling a house , but selling someones home is different. she had such a strong feeling of her life is at a end because the home is gone now. I told her , that home has filled your head and heart with memories. That home has so many stories that you can share beside your young growing up stories. You will never be alone, because you have me as a new friend. I am happy that i make this women smile, as she makes me smile knowing I'm doing a good deed.

For the past two weeks I have been working at home, my home office has a great picture window and love the sun and birds and the breeze. Sounds funny right, but it's true. I get more work done sometimes at my home office. But when you step away from your regular routine of working from the office- office, People wonder wear you are. Even though it's nice to work from home, I have always been an office worker. Dressing for success, going in early before anyone else, and so forth. Well, since i have not been there, people thought I was looking to work else where. I guess people sometimes do not know when to focus on their own business instead of being noisy and making trouble. It gives those ones something to do. Well I'm back!! I have no time for that stuff, focusing on my own goals for the rest of the year to be in the top four of my office is a challenge of mine. I need to truly breath sometimes to maintain the energy when i do go to work in office daily. Lesson learned> know matter how long you have worked with people 2/4/6/8 years people you think wont be pot stirs are. So go to work focus keep your head clear of all stuff and sell sell sell!! That's what my goals is from now to DEC 2010. I'm truly going to push the small stuff aside and its all about me and my business for future money!! Hell to all!! ya know I want to take the time to the active rain community to announcegreat news. I have a nephew that has been doing music for awhile. He has just signed a record deal for himself and his new album will be on itunes by the end of June, album: rock roll stop go His name is K-Dub and he is also on Facebook I am so very proud of this individual and he will go far. It's so so great to see a dream of his come to life.... His world will be changing soon, no doubt in my mind.. He's in for a ride of his life. His music is more of hip hop. or i should say pop. i don't know I just know i like it.. and maybe you can suggest your younger folks or maybe us midlife crisis people to listen to it> the words on some of the music is true and maybe a little raw, but very good imagination. The weekend is for our soldiers and are vets. Lets be grateful that we can live in our homes , have food on our tables and have health in our live's. Remember some one out their is protecting us from harm. Yes they are are military!! My true Thank you for allowing me my freedom and to have a good life. remember the small guys whom fight for us. Well, the roll has been rolling, energy riding high, listings coming in from my sphere, and I have one rental listing that has produce so many rental Leeds, I truly can't keep up.:) Last year this time dad passed, my active rain community was there for me. I'm back into life and feeling the power to produce. This is my year and I know it and I'm confident that I can pull it off. My goals are in my head and I'm trying everyday right now to think that the sun is shining even when it rains. keeping a high focus to multi task is like being at a high impact aerobic class for the day. When 4:00 clock comes I need my energydrink, or a water to keep me in the spirit. The more you say to everyone hey how are you doing ,great or magnificent it's nice to hear and to see people smile. Being competitive helps also. I have that back this year. Seeing my name on the boards at the office is making me keep up with the big sharks. I'm feeling the power, and its in the air. People are out and you have to stay on top of all of them to wheel them in. We also have a great competition going on 10,000 to a luck agent in may whom can produce many buyers and receive tickets for a drawing. Well it doesn't matter if you have 10,20 or One ticket. It only takes one ticket to win. I'm visualizing that money and in my head I do hear that announcement of my name,,ISABELLA SCAGLIONE. THAT'S A GREAT DAY COMING.
