In 2004 I joined my mother, Kathy at RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty where we recently were recognized as the #6 Team in the company for 2008. I am a designated Realtor* and a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association Of Realtors, Greater South Bay Regional Multiple Listing Service and the Palos Verdes Association of Realtors. During my second year in real estate I made the 100% Club for RE/MAX. In 2005 I was recognized as a Los Angeles Super Agent for the South Bay by LOS ANGELES MAGAZINE. For 2008, Kathy and I have earned the designation of Platinum Club for RE/MAX. My policy is to be available at all times to my clients and always put their needs first. Recognizing that answering phone calls on a timely basis is a top criteria for most clients, I always return calls as soon as possible. As Chairman of the Children's Miracle Network for my company I coordinate fund raising and donations for over 500 agents. When you buy or a sell or home through me a portion of my commission is donated to the Children's Miracle Network in my clients name, which helps to fund the local Children's Hospital of Los Angeles where they make miracles happen every day.

Dear Rachel,
I am writing to thank you for everything. I have learned that a realtor needs much more than outstanding knowledge of real estate, law, finance, marketing, taxes, insurance, home repair, multiple ethnic cultural acumen and a good car, all of which you possess.
