Independent Broker Network

INDEPENDENT BROKER NETWORK

The formation of what is thought to be the area's first association of independent real estate firms was formally announced in February, 2006. The INDEPENDENT BROKER NETWORK has three founding member firms with more than 40 combined years of solid residential and commercial real estate experience in Moore County and surrounding area. Each founding Broker member has previously worked for one or more large nationally affiliated real estate firms, and brings to this new association in-depth experience and knowledge of real estate law, practices, and marketing techniques. The principal objective of each member firm is to fully concentrate their resources on the individual needs of each of their clients and customers. As both owners and principal operators of their own firms, each Broker will have full control of, and responsibility for, all of their clients' contracts and negotiations. Each also plans to be unencumbered by the many meetings, duty assignments, and other administrative tasks that are associated with larger multi-office real estate organizations, and this in turn will enable each Broker to focus on their primary duty - buying and selling residential and commercial properties for their clients in the Sandhills. At the same time, each member of the network is committed to sharing their individual needs, concerns, suggestions, and marketing concepts with each other. They are also committed to collectively keep abreast of all of the legal issues and technological changes that impact their profession and the business of buying and selling real estate. Since the formation of the IBN, three other firms have joined bringing the total of independent member firms to six. Each new member firm has significant experience in the Moore County real estate market and brings special expertise to the group.

It is a primary objective of the IBN to use their collective resources to market all listings held by each of the member firms, to promote these listings to their Buyers, and to help each other provide the most professional, competent real estate services available in Moore County.
