Our staging and redesign services encompass only part of what we do at Lasting Impressions Staging & Design, because we understand that preparing a home for marketability can be overwhelming. Full-service staging:Preparing your own home for the Real-estate market is overwhelming and time consuming! Let our team of stagers take care of the burden for you! Working Consultations:Want to learn how to stage your own home? This is a great option if you are not sure where to start or what to do and you want guidance from a professional stager. We can work together to stage your home. This is a quick and easy option for getting your house market ready. There is a 2-hour minimum for working consultations.

Individual plans/Staging Consultations: We provide a personalized staging plan for your home and you can do the staging your self. We cover all aspects of staging your home and provide you with a detailed plan of action that is easy to follow. Rates vary depending on the size of the home.

Builder Services and Vacant homes:Vacant Home Staging is our specialty we provide a unique service to area builders and homeowners. We have a large inventory of fine furniture, accessories and artwork that can make any home look like a model home Renting furniture from us greatly reduces the costs of staging a vacant home. There are no high priced rental companies to deal with and no need to buy your own furniture which is costly. Remember, we can do as little or as much as you need.

Rates vary depending on the size of the home and scale of furniture that is required.

We assist Seniors moving to The NEXTSTAGE: Our experienced team at Lasting Impressions Staging & Design specializes in assisting older adults and their families with the transition of downsizing into a smaller, more manageable home. We help with removing hurdles while preparing a home for market readiness. Light repairs, cleaning, organizing, packing, selection of moving company, unpacking and new home set-up are just a few examples of what we can do to soften the transition process.

Move-in Services:Congratulations, you have made it to your new home! Our goal at Lasting Impressions Staging & Design is to help make any moving experience easier and more pleasant for everyone involved. We can help you set-up your new home, arrange the furniture, hang those pictures and help you decorate your new home. Hourly rates apply with a 2 hour minimum.

ReDesigning Spaces:Want a new look without spending a lot of money? We can ReDesign any room using what you already have and adding some finishing touches to create a fresh new look for your space. We can work within any budget, but do require a two hour minimum for Redesign services.
