The Texas Department of Transportation has begun public hearings on the proposed grade separation over the BMSF rail crossing located near Willowbrook Mall on FM 1960. 7 different proposals were aired but none has been selected yet. Even though traffic on 1960 will be impacted for a couple of years the end result will be far superior to the current situation.
