How We Pay Our Bills - and Change People's Lives Doing It

Aside from doling out free advice on the radio, podcasts, and 10 Minute Lessons (go to FSBO Radio Factoids on http://www.10minutelessons.com/) to a needy public, Bill and Art make a living and provide service to the real estate world through residential mortgage lending.

While we can provide funding for just about any type of loan, our true area of specialization is in working with people who have had a bankruptcy or other serious credit issue. We can help them buy a home with little or no money down at single-digit interest rates.

We also have programs and packages that help the FSBO market move real estate as well, often benefitting Buyer, Seller, and Agent together. Inclusion in this program is through invitation and by merit. You'll be hearing more later.

This doesn't pay our bills, but it does pay someone else's: We are supporters of KIVA, the nonprofit provider of microloans to entrepeneurs and businessmen from developing nations and economies. These people need small loans ranging from $300 to $1000 or so and usually pay them back in 6 to 12 months. We are part of the Yahoo Group KivaLoans and members of the Madison, Wisconsin Yahoo Kiva group as well.
