Nicole Pepper has been in the real estate business for 3 years specializing in marketing, design and staging of the properties listed. Nicole has been the liaison between the corporate and REO owned properties, and she knows the ins and outs of this business and how to negotiate the best terms for her clients.

Barbara Pepper (Mom) From 1974 to 1983 was office manager and relocation director for the family real estate office back east. In 1983 she moved to Erie PA and worked as a sales associate at LaJohn Realtors from 4/83 to 9/84. After some pleading, I talked Mom into coming back to Owasso not only to be around the grandkids but to also get back into real estate because I know how good she is.

After my home had been on the market for 11 months and foreclosure proceedings had begun I was getting desperate. I had listed with 2 different realtors through the months but never even had an offer. Randy called and I reluctantly agreed to meet with him and Nicole. By that time I was doubtful that anyone would be able to help me. Within 10 minutes of meeting them, Randy was on the telephone talking to the mortgage company's attorney, getting the necessary information to help me. I was amazed! Randy Pepper has been truly wonderful.

In the beginning I thought Randy was "selling me a line". Randy asked if he could show our home to one of his clients, then followed up with us, encouraging us to put it on the market. Previously, our home was on the market for three months without even as much as one offer. I was convinced that Randy would sale our home if he pursues potential buyers, just one half as much as he pursued us.

Our house sold 2 days after the 1^st open house and closed in 9 days. Randy arranged all of our repairs and helped us through the entire process.

The way I was brought up, it was a person's word that meant everything. You know you could trust a person's word, it was better than any signed paper now days. They said my Father was a man of his WORD, I was very proud of that. He taught me to live my life that way. When I first met you, you gave me your word, you could make our dream come true, sell our home so we could move to Florida and enjoy our new grandchild. We wanted to get to know him and for him to get to know us. So it began, not that easy, in fact I'm sure everything that could go wrong did in our case.
