Happy Tuesday Everyone! If you didn’t catch it, a few months ago I attended the landmark forum which is a seminar that empowers you in so many different ways but made me realize that I wanted a relationship with my Dad that I hadn’t seen in 13 years and he had never met my two boys (ages 9 and 11). Well, we went up there this past weekend and it was awesome. I have simply created a whole new life by taking action and making it happen and am so happy I did. Free Southwest Florida Marketing Event

Ray Higdon and the Forever Wealth Club will be doing a Free Southwest Florida Marketing Event at 7pm on July 8th at the Clarion Hotel on 12635 South Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers. This Free Southwest Florida Marketing Event will help small business owners understand how to get their message out on the Internet and what has been shown to work. The speaker, Ray Higdon, is a national speaker on marketing, the founder of the Forever Wealth Club and previously handled the business intelligence reporting for multiple companies including Collier County and a Naples based insurance company. Ray is also an expert at creating online income streams and has translated what methods work to small business owners and will be sharing those strategies on July 8th.

This is a nice house in a convenient location with easy access to main highways (Rt. 910 and 28). It needs repaired/updated. It is livable as is, but is dated, water drainage is a problem on back wall of house.

The outside of the house needs allot of landscaping. The retaining wall needs fixed, along with new gravel in the driveway. The chimney on the side of the house has a slight lean to it, and should be looked at. The front stoop needs some cement work as well. The garage needs wall anchors on the wall to prevent any further bowing (wall has not moved in 20 years, but this should be done as a preventive measure). French drains are needed in garage and in back wall of basement.
The inside of the house is dated. It needs an electrical update, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, drywall needs hung in many rooms to replace the existing paneling, paint, lighting, and flooring.

Comps are scarce, but I put the value around 90-95K
