About Us:

I am a lucky guy. Always have been. I live in Paradise (St George Utah) and I've got the a great wife, and 5 wonderful kids. I work with my 3 best friends, and we have a great time selling Real Estate. Our team of 4 agents, (myself, Steve Magnesen, Doug Earl, and my younger brother Bill Cox) have been fortunate enough to sell more than our fair share of properties year in and year out. Steve, Doug and I went to high school together, and then all went to BYU for our college years. So my work life, is basically hanging out with life long friends, who share my passion for Real Estate, BYU football, and even though we are getting older, we still love to play in city league softball, basketball and flag football.

Its been ten years now since Steve and I started the Cox / Magnesen Team, and its been a great ride. One of the things that I believe has really benefitted our team over the years, has been the community we live in. St George, Santa Clara, Washington City, these places really sell themselves. Over the years we have been helped many, many people relocate from California, Las Vegas, Northern Utah, and really manay other parts of the country. A very high percentage of these relocated people fall in love with all that Washington County has to offer. Whether you enjoy Snow Skiing (1hr 15 minutes to the slopes of Brianhead), Water Sports like Wakeboarding, fishing, etc (15-20 minutes to 3 different resovoirs) or a few hrs to world famous Lake Powell, year around golf, 4-wheeling (Sand Hollow dunes), or hiking around world famous Zion's Canyon---this area really has it all.

Of course, as a father of 5, one of the things that is so important to me, is the lifestyle that this community affords. My wife and I are both from bigger cities (Phoenix and Las Vegas), and we are so grateful for the great opportunities that St George provides our family.
