In the surrounding towns in which I work Roxbury, Mt. Arlington, Jefferson, Rockaway and Morris County New Jersey in particular... the BUZZ has been all about Short Sales and Forclosures. I have been coming up against more and more of them and have found out that if the realtor is not properly trained in this area it could lead to an awful amount of waisted time. I have now joined a team at our Remax office to specialize in this area. From the hours of training I have been through and the deals that I have done I can easily say it is not for every agent.
