Our experience with Rich Barker could not have been any better. From the first time my wife and I met him during our visit to Arizona in the summer of 2010, we knew Rich was the guy we wanted to help us find our home. From the beginning he was very easy to talk to, as if we had already been friends. Once we started talking about what kind of home we were looking for and in what areas around Phoenix, that's when Rich showed us just how much he knew. Both my wife and I quickly realized that he was very knowledgable when it came to the housing market, not just in the Phoenix area, but in its surrounding cities and communities as well. We felt very comfortable in talking to him and letting him know exactly what it was that we were looking for and some of the criteria to consider when deciding in what areas to look for a home. Anytime we had questions, no matter how small they were, he encouraged us to call, text or email him. When we did find a home we wanted to purchase he kept us informed of everything that needed to be done every step of the way and answered any questions we may have had. He did his best to answer everything in as much detail as possible and if he didn't know the answer to a question he made sure he found it. His work didn't just end after our home was purchased either. He took time out of his busy schedule to come and visit us one evening, just to make sure we had settled in and see how things were going. I thought this was professionalism at it's best and something that he didn't have to do, but did. Kind of like what a friend would do. We still keep in touch and I would recommend him as a Realtor for anyone who is looking for a home in the Phoenix area. If I had to do it all over again I would go with Rich in a heartbeat (in fact I have worked with him on another purchase since).
