Sandy and Dick are certainly no strangers to new beginnings. They made the decision to move to North Carolina from their previous home in upstate New York (Saratoga Springs) where they had lived their entire life. Why Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach? Well, as a visitor to this dynamic community for more than a decade, they knew when the time came for a change. This area would be just the right place to make their new home.

For Sandy and Dick, Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach is the perfect place to live, work and take in a few invigorating rounds of golf when they get a chance. "We have beautiful weather, a very active lifestyle and of course everyone is always so warm and friendly. Moving here is one of the best changes we've made."

Sandy joined her husband of over 30 years in real estate after working many years in the medical field. She had always felt she and Dick could work well together as a team. She watched him for years and felt she would fit into his life as a Realtor…Dick is one of those rare individuals who can combine excellence with professionalism. He has a natural ability to lead, and he never knew what hit him when he led Sandy down the path to a real estate career!

We realized our real love was helping people…so why not manage ourselves and enjoy a better living too? Working together as best friends and husband and wife has been rewarding and allows us to join forces and strengthen each other's skills while at the same time enrich our lives. Our career in real estate is fun and allows us to mentor one another on both a professional and personal level, and it allows us to spend more time together.
