I can't be the only one who is sick and tired of winter. Ther seems to be no end in sight for the cold and all it brings with it.Ice covered walks and steps, frozen lockboxes and my favorite, repo houses with no heat! I know in 6 weeks all will be well, but this period seems to get longer ever year.
I'm sure most of us are at that point. As a life long racer, I feel like last round for the money. Do I take a chance and push hard to win? Or do I go conserative and know that I have runnerup money in my pocket.The racer in me says go hard and risk losing a motor and more than I'll win. The responsible father says hope the other guy makes a mistake and I can win without risk. Real estate right now has us making that decision every day. Spend time and money that may put us further behind, or hope that the other guy is scared too. I'm for going big. If I do lose, at least I know that I did everything I could to survive. And there is no shame in that. Laying back and blaming the economy, The President, your broker, or other Realtors is not going to change anything. It's time to hit the juice, ignore the gauges and watch for the win light!
