They are not just for loan mods.... really help them out... help them with a full financial solution... They need credit help, debt help and modification...
In this business i see alot of companies saying a lead is no good because they didnt get a loan mod or the person does not qualify... Put other things in your arsenal and you should prosper by helping your customers full needs...
