I will be writing the majority of the posts in this blog. (We just don't see the value, when according to a 2008 National Association of Realtors Study states that a full 87% of homebuyers use the internet for their search.) This offers additional downpayment assistance for first time homebuyers of up to 3% of the purchase price of a home.
