I have attended one of the Cash-Flow games held by this company called Nouveau Riche. They are a community of investors that offers an "Investor College" four times a year. You pay for the college which is supposed to teach you how to invest in real estate successfully. I liked what they had to say but their college runs $4,000 per week. Anyone had any dealings with these guys?

I have to admit that I used to hate working from home. I missed the social interactions of work, the flirting, the fun... But as I get older (well late 30's old that is :) ), I have come to appreciate working from home much more. No more sitting in traffic. No more business suits. No more office drama. I can hang out with my cat during the day. Hey, this life isn't so bad. I'm glad to be at home in beautiful California.

I've become even more concerned with the US Banking system after watching the government buy 36% of Citigroup shares. I worked with Wachovia Bank and World Savings and have some idea of the extent of the damage. I hate to be depressing but if employment continues to deteriorate I can't see any Bank in the US surviving without being taken over by the goverment. I can't stand the thought of government run Banks but I believe it will be better than the alternative.
