I've written several blogs on North Village and Berkeley Village in Decatur, Georgia. Often times, we advertise North Village and Berkeley Village together. They are only one mile apart, being built by the same developer and are both Craftsman style Townhomes in Decatur. But, there are huge differences between the two.

For starters, North Village is priced from the $150's. It is located off Memorial Drive, and more of a first time buyer's home.
