I'm so excited (sorry I know , I've been quite excited lately) but I can't help myself! Just too many things happening! I am happy to announce that I am the new Chapter President for the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of RESA! www.RealEstateStagingAssociation.com Shell said this would be announced in next months RESA newsletter. But I had to share the news!

I am committed to helping bring standards to the Home Staging industry and taking it to the next level. I look forward to working with the leadership team at RESA and building a professional presents for Home Stagers in the Northwest Arkansas area.

Cindy and Shell I appreciate your help! I'll be calling on you for help I'm sure!

Project Realtor Restore Mission Statement

Arkansas Realtors Association, through their local boards, will collaborate with municipalities across the state to help ensure a safe and clean living environment for those living in areas of cities and towns experiencing decline or blight.

Realtors across Arkansas will use their networking capabilities to recruit volunteers to participate in local clean-up efforts on quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis.

By acting as community corrdinators for these projects, Arkansas Realtors will assume the leadership role and help guide their communities through labor-intensive projects with minimal costs to the citizens and great rewards to participants and to those living in designated clean-up areas.

After playing around with Picnik some more (I love the collage) Thanks to Kathy's post Solutions For Selling Part III - It's All About The Photos!

I made this collage and think it would be a great way to show before and afters in my newsletter, flyers, website, blogs, and postcards.

One thing thats great about using the collage is that after you make it and upload to your computer then you only need to upload one picture, instead of four.

If you have not discovered Picnick, then check it out. It is a great way to edit your photos. Here is an example of a recent staging that I did.

Notice that the in the first photo I caught myself in the mirror.

But by using Picnik, I was able to not only correct the lighting but also edit out my image in the mirror and the plug-in.

Online photos are so important. Make them count. This is a free service!
