I have always enjoyed Kathy's work and her photos are beautiful. But after her post Solutions For Selling Part III - It's All About The Photos! I was inspired to take a little Sunday afternoon Picnik!

I have never been good at taking photos, this is why I hire a professional. These are a before and after photo of a bathroom I recently staged. Notice in the before (among other things) that I caught myself in the mirror .

In the after photo using Picnik I was not only able to change the lighting but also remove myself and the plug-in from the photo. Now I a much better photo that I can use.

Two of the neighbors came by today and was amazed with what I had done. It's so nice to hear you get a A+ and WOW! I even received a redesign job from one of the neighbors.

The owner was thrilled and I'll meet with the Realtor tomorrow.

Open House is this week-end. Hope it brings some offers!

I received a call yesterday from a desperate homeowner. She found me on the Internet by Googleing Northwest Arkansas Home Stagers. She has a vacant home that has been on the market for 11 months. I met her at the home today to give her an estimate on staging. She really has done her research and now understands the benefits of staging. She knew where the problem areas where and what needed to be focused on.

I asked if she had talked to her Realtor about staging and she said she had asked and her Realtor and the respond was"Your home shows nicely and I don't see a reason for staging."

I am so glad that homeowners are reserarching and realizing the benefints of Home Staging. I'm sure I will get this job and will post photos later.

The Realtor is holding an Open House at the end of the month.

This is just another example of Homeowners becoming aware of the benefits of Home Staging!
