I just love this saying, "Act As If" it is one of the best motivational three words you can say to yourself.
When you want to be #1, then Act As If you are #1. If you want to know more, sale more or whatever, all you have to do is act like it and then follow it up with smart & hard work to make sure you become it.
I actually have these three simple words on my desk behind my laptop to that I see them every morning when I come into my office. It reminds me to act like a champion, act like a professional, act like a winner, act like a consultant, act like I am suppose to act. That is the beauty of these three words put together, you can be what you want to be. Sure you can look at it and say, loser, or tired or whatever, but why on Earth would you do that to your morning MOJO...
The great thing about this, is that it gets the mind going as well as the energy levels and thus makes me work harder, smarter and retain more as I feel and believe I do have alot to offer and people look to me for guidance in real estate as we all know, real estate is the best tangible item a person can invest in long term.
