I am an Advanced Inspector and owner of Complete Inspection Service.

* Service Area: San Antonio, TX and surrounding counties. I have been in the inspection business since 1994, License TREC #3630. My primary goal is to represent the "buyer" and also to educate the "seller" the inspection prior to listing is also important.

• More about me: I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Moved into the home inspection business in 1994. Married (my high school sweetheart) and live at Canyon Lake, Texas.
• Canyon Lake is located between San Antonio and Austin Texas. We have two married sons and four grandchildren.
• This area is growing rapidly. Canyon Lake offers a variety of water activities and nice campgrounds. Downstream water activities at Gruene offer tubing the Guadalupe and Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels. A fun filled resort area and good quality living environment will make Canyon Lake and New Braunfels a nice place to live. Other areas like Seguin, Bulverde and Boerne also offer a great area to live with excellent school system.

Why real estate agents love me? They love me when they contact me to inspect family or even properties they may be interested in purchasing for themselves. Why? I am known as the "the thorough" inspector. My job is to conduct a thorough inspection of the property, followed with a report that will indicate items in need of repair or further evaluation. I also inspect septic systems. Area of expertise include: residential, commercial, condo, new home and phase inspections. I also have a full time administrative assistant to assist you and answer any questions if I am not available.

Real Estate Inspection Is My Full Time Employment.

I am an Advanced Inspector, I carry E&O Insurance, participate as a member in TAREI and SATAREI functions and, as required, attend certification update classes to remain certified. I enjoy what I do and enjoy the repeat business I receive. (Repeat clients have shown they have been satisfied by calling when they purchase another home; or have enouraged family members or friends to utilize my service).
