What a great month it has been here at www.realestatenugget.com. This is our new FREE real estate listing service which covers ALL types of real estate; our motto is "FREE listings for LIFE" because we developed this site for our broker friends who are tired of being nickled and dimed...... This business is hard enough, we finally got fed up with always paying for services and marketing that current technology has made available for FREE.
Obviously our home state of Oregon is really starting to take off... Local brokers are starting to recognize the ease of use, the fact that it's FREE, and also the fact that your post stays on our site until they are deleted by the brokers. This means that you don't need to constantly repost week in and week out.
We've seen some posts starting to come in from FLORIDA and NORTH CAROLINA.......we love you guys for your support.
We always new that our first push would need to come from Oregon, but for those of you out there who are curious, our site is nationwide, and the platform is there for your use. We sort of expect that some company or some small town will realize the ease of use and benefit of using this database as their own..... We've designed a very basic, and simple to use site which helps brokers manage multiple listings on one page. From your account you can modify your listings, add more, delete them, etc.
If you're curious about advertising, and dominating your State or City, we're offering great advertising options for people to place their ad either on their home state page, or on any individual cities that they're wanting to dominate. If you're curious, just visit our advertising info page.

I've been working on www.realestatenugget.com for almost a year now, and our Beta version is finished. We have a lot more work to do, and most importantly, we need to get properties listed. We really need your feedback and help to make this a success. It will be a great tool for brokers.
The great thing about our site is that its FREE, it covers all types of real estate, it can be highly localized as well as national, and it doesn't require you to keep going back to it weekly to update your post. Also, it's a great way to manage multiple listings in one place.

This is by design! I know it's in its infancy, but you have to start somewhere. I believe that in a short period of time, we'll have thousands of listings on here. If you're adept at using Postlets, or other HTML flyer services, these will work with our website. Simply go to the 'Post a Listing' button on our website and as you're filling in the listing form, you'll come to the description box and you'll see a small HTML icon, click on this and it will open a box in which you 'paste' the HTML code generated by Postlets or any other service. This will post the flyer in the description box and you'll be able to view the full flyer by clicking on the Headline link to the larger page view. There's no denying the strength of the Oregon real estate market. Yes, we're over built in some areas at the moment... Yes, there are all sorts of developers upside down in investments..... Yes, home prices have been inflated over the last two years.... and YES, people are not stopping their movement into Oregon for our awesome standard of living. Our prices are still affordable and Oregon represents an excellent region to relocate to. For this reason alone, the trending growth signifies future strength.
I truly believe that this Spring and Summer will bring optimism back to our market, and activity will pick up again.

Thank you so much for your prefessionalism throughout the Rainbow deal. I appreciated you and your enthusiasm and candor when discussing the estate's options. It was a challenging case and an unusual one, but I never felt concerned about your abilities to get the property sold, once I decided that was teh best option. The speed in which the perfect buyer was found was a nice surprise, all the more positive in light of how difficult this estate has been in many other ways. The sale of Rainbow stood out as a quick and pleasant experience.
Finally, let me again thank you for your handling of the situation with the estate lawyer. You graciously took her advice with the paperwork and agreed to pay her fees accrued in assistance of the Rainbow deal. To me this hows your flexibility in learning new things and your honorable professional approach to clients. I think you are going to be very successful in the real estate world, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
