I have been actively marketing and selling residential properties since 1978. Because education is important to me, I have earned 4 designations. ABR - Accredited Buyers Rep., CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, e-Pro - Electronic Professional, GRI Graduate of Real Estate Institue, Certified Short Sale Specialist.

Presently I am a director for the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS and the NC Assoc. of REALTORS. Member of the National Association of REALTORS, Wake Forest Chamber, Wake Forest Woman's Club, Wake Forest Toastmasters.

Being active in my community through active volunteering helps me share the qualities of Wake Forest and Raleigh with my clients.

From 1985 until 1990, I was owner Broker of ERA Wilder and Associates. This afforded me the opportunity to hire and train agents.

I work primarily in Wake, Granville and Franklin Counties. These include Wake Forest, Raleigh, Creedmoor, Knightdale,Wendell, Zebulon, and Youngsville.

Since I am in general brokerage, I work with buyers and sellers in price ranges of $100,000 to $700,00. Never had an opportunity to work with a million dollar client, but I feel capable of doing so.
