Well it has been a roller coaster ride with the economy that is for sure. Lot's of my clients have seen their ups and their downs. My job has been many times to just be a "coach" to let them know all will eventually adjust! What is incredible to me though is why many buyers are still on the fence at this critical time. The time is NOW to buy something really special at a good value price not months from now when interest rates start to hike and further Federal restrictions for loans are introduced. Grab your piece of paradise now for a great price and don't look back or second think it. You will be so glad you took the plunge. Now more than ever is such a great opportunity to consider investing in real estate. The other day I saw a cute little house priced at under $40,000! I was stunned. It was not a shack either...it was CUTE. Of course my realtorgrrl super powers went on overdrive as the words DEAL flashed in front of my eyes and of course by the afternoon when I checked on it again it was under contract but it made me think that buyers really do have the tiger by the tail right now if they are willing to step up to plate and bat! It will not stay this affordable forever!!!! NOW is the time to buy some GREAT Florida real estate! NOW is the time to buy that waterfront ANYTHING!!!! I have seen some amazing deals out there...and more are available everyday! Waterfront condos for under $300 and $400k...WOW! So buyers get those checkbooks warmed up and let's get down to business! Life is short and Forida beach real estate may not be this affordable in your lifetime again....you don't want to be kicking yourself later DO YOU????

Who is that girl?

Aloha!! I am an active realtor who specializes in selling and listing residential and commercial properties in beautiful waterfront locations like Treasure Island, Passagrille, and St. Pete Beach, Florida! Everyday I live and breathe sunshine & real estate and I truly love what I do for a living! I am a full time realtor who works long hours or whatever it takes to make the deal a reality for my clients. The art of the deal is what is the most fun for me and of course seeing and showing great luxury beach front and commercial property is not too bad either! In real estate I am an agressive marketer and networker who understands what a "people business" this industry really is which is why it is not uncommon to find me driving through any of the beach neighborhoods with my window down so I can chit chat with the passing neighbor I find on the side of the road! Yep I will pretty much talk to anyone... it's the curse of the gift of gab. On the serious side I have a strong background in media, sales, public relations, marketing as well as secret knowledge of the best places on the beach to go for a cold Killians and a tasty burger which blends very well with being a real estate agent. Just that fact alone gives me the credibility of having a strong knowledge of the area in which I work. : ) My sense of humor is mostly intact and I always remember to never take myself too seriously, life is just too short for that! : )

My area of expertise is selling and listing residential and commercial properties in waterfront locations. I work with buyers and sellers, experienced ones and the newbies too...heck I work with them all! The West Central Coast of Florida is simply spectacular and I have grown up living near the warm sparkly Gulf of Mexico waters and pristine sandy white beaches of areas like Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, Sand Key, Passagrille, St. Pete Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Redington Shores and Tierra Verde to mention a few and I know them well. Working on the beach you meet a lot of great people and when I entertain new clients they always ask me what exactly do I like so much about this coast. I tell them it is everything, the beaches, the people, the food and the way of life here. Island life is good. Where else can I wear a cotton Hawaiian shirt, sandals and a pair of racey Oakley sunglasses to work and still be respected? There is no other place I'd rather live and work on the planet than right here in paradise under the sun with my toes in the sand! Come join me for a Cheeseburger & beer in paradise! Simply put...I love my clients and I work hard to make sure they love me too. Excellent customer service and availability is key. I am a strong believer in the theory that you get back what you put out there. I like to always try to put positive energy out to whoever I am dealing with, whether it be other agents, clients or vendors. It really makes a huge difference. All my clients are treated like they are the most important people in the world, because to me they are. My office is peppered with thank you notes and cards from clients happy with my efforts (once I even had a client send me a small TREE! but it was a lucky tree she claimed) and that makes me feel really great and ready to get up every morning and do it all over again! Going the extra mile is no problem if it means clients will get what they truly desire. I consistently match paradise to people everyday and I am very good at it. If you become a client of mine or an associate you most likely become a friend too and that means you will have a friend in real estate for life! Now is there anything better than that? : ) other than a cheeseburger & a cold beer in paradise that is!
