I am a full time Realtor with several years of experience in the area, this is where I grew up and am raising my family. I know the entire northern Virginia area very well, I know the communities, the traffic patterns, the market trends, the local builders, shops, etc. The company which I proudly hang my license at, Century 21 Battlefield, now owns 5 offices, 2 in King George, Colonial Beach, Westmoreland, Tappahannock, Culpeper, and soon in Massaponax, so we are all over the area, to suit our clients better in finding their home; or to assist owners looking to sell.
As a military spouse, with a husband just home from Iraq, I'm honored and experienced to help out fellow servicemembers and contractors moving or leaving the area with their real estate needs. I know what it's like to pick up and move from a home and understand the delicate nature it takes to sell a property. I live in Stafford, so its easy for me to travel between our offices to take care of my clients on a daily basis, as well as a full time personal assistant to handle service work so I am always available to my most important calls....my clients.

I have a vast range of experience in selling real estate. I began my real estate career in land development. I've sold many large parcels of land and commercial pieces. Over the past year I've moved into the residential market and have had great success in becoming a top producer in the residential market, a top 10 agent in my office, and over the past several months consistently the top listing agent and selling agent. Due to the saturated market of foreclosures my team has taken on 3 large foreclosure banks and having been working that market for close to a year. We have over 80 properties throughout VA and MD and represent one of large banks nationwide. Ask us for a list in your area! I work with buyers and sellers. But have had great success in selling homes and have focused most of my attention in listing properties.
