SEVEN OF THESE WERE RESIDENTIAL, ONE WAS A VACANT LOT AND THERE WAS ONE LARGE SALE OF A RANCH IN CIMARRON THAT WAS LISTED ORIGINALLY FOR 3.4 MILLION, BUT SOLD FOR 2.5 MILLION. ONLY ONE FORECLOSURE SOLD OUT OF THE NINE, WHICH IS A HUGE DROP IN COMPARISON TO THE NORMAL 40%

WHO KNOWS IF THE WACKY WEATHER PLAYED A ROLE IN THE LOW AMOUNT OF PROPERTIES GOING UNDER CONTRACT. IT WAS SUNNY, CLOUDY, SNOWY AND WARM ALL IN THE SAME WEEK.
