About Us:

Sue and Chris Linnerooth are local Realtors known as "The Linnerooth Team". Tracy Lewis, Realtor is the newest addition to the team. They have 23 years of combined experience as Realtors and have helped hundreds of Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs. Aside from their higher level of training as Associate Brokers, some of what sets Sue and Chris apart from the multitude of average Agents is their in-depth knowledge of the Duvall market, their high level of advertising and marketing for Sellers, and their commitment and involvement in the community.

Sue is the President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Duvall and maintains a strong network with the community leaders. Sue is Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). CRS is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Only 5% of agents have qualified and earned this designation.

Chris specializes in homes on acreage and land. He takes the time to understand King County's stingent land use laws.

Tracy Lewis has expertise with equestrian properties.
