Yep, you read that correctly! I read a title to an article the other day, and then another, and another, saying how great it is to move abroad. After reading all these titles, I had to ask the question myself. Would moving abroad really be that good for me and my family?

Today is Friday, March 14, 2008 and it is time for another breakdown of homes sales in the Washington County, Oregon market. I'm happy to say if you own a lower to medium priced home, sales are still making a moderate increase, if your home is price correctly.
While this is good news, higher priced homes are starting to sit a little longer on the market. This just may be due to the fact that we seem to have a larger than normal inventory of the upper end homes.
Here is a breakdown of homes sales for the week by neighborhood. Have you ever wondered how the rich get richer? Why they are able to make so much money and never seem to lose? They have a secret and some of my investors now also have the same secret.
I've been teaching this method of making money in real estate at my investor club meetings for two years now, and my investors are so glad I have. The biggest key to making wealth in real estate is leveraging, and using other people's money.

You see, they found the property, and I negotiated for them, and even found them an end buyer, but the key to all this was a lease option. We found a seller that was willing to let us buy the property on lease option with little to no money down and low monthly lease. My investors then immediately re-sold the property to someone else and used their down payment to secure the property.

Nothing makes me feel better than when a client gives me a gift. It tells me I'm doing something right, but the gift that I was given last night CHANGED MY LIFE! You see my client gave me tickets to the longest running one man show on Broadway, "Defending the Caveman", and my wife and I were laughing from beginning to end!
If you haven't seen this play, you have to! You see, this one man production tells why men and woman are so different and helps you create a stronger relationship with your significant other. My wife and I have been married 15 years coming up this July, and are as happy as we are, we discovered things about each other and ourselves at this show that just was like turning on a light!
OMG - I DO THAT!
It wasn't one sided, it wasn't about men, it wasn't about women, it was just about us as humans, and if you want a very, very strong relationship, I suggest you see this show, it will change your life and how you look at, and communicate with the other sex.
I loved this show so much, I am trying to figure out how to get the show to come to town for my client appreciation night and make it available to my clients exclusively. I really did like it that much! Has been something Todd has enjoyed with his own children. He also enjoys teaching other peoples kid's life lessons through sports while being a baseball coach for his daughter's T-Ball team or the lessons he got to teach kids while he worked with Junior Achievement and the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Programs.

Todd is a very genuine person with a great sense humor. He loves to break the tension by cracking a joke. Sometimes he says it is just needed to break up awkwardness of a situation. After working as a Disc Jockey for so long you just know when a joke is needed.
