Keeping Track of the BUYER Traffic

My RMLS has a cool graphic that I'll be posting weekly, feel free to bookmark this and keep your finger on the pulse!

A few notes: As with ALL things "statistical" there is always going to be a few +'s or -'s in the margin of error. One can't dispute the lock boxes which have been opened. However, it may be the listing agent going in using the lock box key, or a pre-view by a buyer's agent (previewing the property for their client), or it could be an agent up the street with a listing wanting to know what the "competition" is doing. NOT ALL entry into a property (as reported/recorded in this graph) are BUYERS in other words. But it does show "activity" levels. Also, this is for the ENTIRE state of OREGON where the information is provided.

Just by Chance . . . Thoughts to Ponder in Oregon

When our thoughts are scattered, and not focused on anything . . . wandering around. . . we can somtimes miss some very lovely thoughts, images and points to ponder.

The other day I was in the downtown area of Portland, Oregon and I noticed a placard on the side of a building, next to something I had walked by a dozen times, or more.

For some reason, I stopped in front of it, and went even further -- looked at the art, and read the placard.

Hmmm . . . something so wonderful, so full of meaning . . . so right under my nose, and for all this time I had been walking by it, without stopping to smell the roses, as it were.Dandelion words

If you're in Portland go out and find this on 18th and Lovejoy . . . a great reason to call Portland home is its diverse people.

The creative and talented are all over will to share their works, thoughts and inspirations.

You've just got to know where -- and when -- to look.

Portland Development Meeting -- City Center Renewal

If you've got some time on your calendar Monday morning, May 18, 9:00 a.m., please consider attending the conference put on by PDC (Portland Development Committee).

I love living in Portland, Oregon. One of the reasons is the planners are really "planning ahead," as a lot of the regional governments (city, Metro, etc.) have done. And, apparently, are continuing (to do -- if I added "to do" at the end of this sentence, is this proper grammar??)

Anyway . . . please click on the link below to be formally invited.
