Treasures of Marilyn Lake Charles, La
This weekend, my beautiful Sister-in-law got married (Yay Amanda!). She had her wedding and reception at Treasures of Marilyn in Lake Charles, La. I have to admit, prior to Friday; I had never been in there. We had our rehearsal on Friday and the wedding was on Saturday. ToM provided everything; from the flowers to the cake; from the decorations to the food. I planned my wedding and I can tell you, that is a stressful event, but having it at Treasures of Marilyn’s in Lake Charles, La seemed to take much of the stress out of it. At one point, the best man realized that the Tuxedo place had given him pants that were 4 sizes too small and forgotten to give him shoes. I mentioned this to the people at Treasures of Marilyn in Lake Charles, La and within 2 minutes they had tracked down a pair of pants and shoes to match the tuxedo. Talk about saving the day!
The banquet hall can be set up in a variety of ways. In less than 5 minutes (at the very most), the room went from the wedding area to the reception area. They also have the ability to plug your iPhone into the system in the event that all of the songs you wish to play at your wedding are on your phone.
If I were to rate Treasures of Marilyn on a scale of 1-5 stars I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. The food was delicious, the decorations were beautiful, and the staff was top notch. If you would like more information on Treasures of Marilyn in Lake Charles, La visit their website HERE.

What does my Lake Charles, La Real Estate Buyer's Agent actually do?
There is a common misconception that Lake Charles, La Real Estate agents are rolling in the dough from throwing a sign up and sticking an ad in the paper. Common sense tells you that if it were this easy, everyone would be a Lake Charles, La Real Estate Agent! So what is it that we actually do? Well, below are the steps in the process of working with a buyer in a nut shell. I deleted as much as I possibly could to try to make it as basic as possible.
· Collect email, phone (cell and home), and address from the client

· Fax/email Listing agent Property Inspection response
· Negotiate terms of Property inspection response
· Schedule appraisal
· Fax all new addendums and agreements to lender

If you are looking for homes to buy in Lake Charles, Louisiana contact me!
Choosing an agent to work with when buying or selling a home is one of the most important processes. Many people will open up the paper or Homefinders guide and pick based upon pictures or sizes of their ads. This is the wrong approach!
You wouldn’t go to a doctor because he has the biggest ad in the paper. You would ask around to see who other people use and get their opinions about the person. Real Estate is similar. You want to be comfortable with your real estate agent.
Ask your friends and family who they use. If you get a couple of different names, then do a Google search on the agents. Most agents these days have websites, Facebook and are on every website they can get their hands on. Do not base your decision off of years in the business either. An agent who has been in the business 2 years could very easily have many more transactions than someone in the business for 20 years. Experience in this business does not equal to years in the business.
This person will need to know your personal financial information and details about your life to help you to purchase or sell a property. In the end, whomever you feel the most comfortable around should be your agent.
