While perusing one of my favorite websites on local happenings (ArlingtonPatch.com), I came across this article discussing the latest Warren report on home sales in Massachusetts.

The way we view our housing market all depends on the way we run the numbers, but there's one thing for sure... you need to know what's going on in your market before you buy or sell a property. Be sure to get a variety of statistics that represent the information that may affect your decision. Knowing what's going on in a specific town and neighborhood is most important.
If you, or someone you know, is considering buying or selling a home in the Greater Boston area, please contact me to discuss what's happening with the market in the neighborhood of your choice.
My son is a member of the a capella choir at our local Arlington High School. These kids have been working hard to raise money for their upcoming performance tour in Europe. Fundraising activities have included raking leaves, multi-family yard sales, talent shows, you name it, all while doing homework and other after school activities.
My son has been working hard over the last month to produce a holiday CD that he can sell as part of the fundraiser. It features some unique arrangements of traditional holiday tunes which include performances by his lovely girlfriend (who is also in the choir), his father on guitar and vocals, and he even allowed me (his old mama) to sing on a couple tunes.
If you're feeling generous and looking for some holiday inspiration while supporting musical youth, then I hope you'll consider purchasing this thoughtful album. It's available on iTunes for only $7.92 and a physcial CD will soon be available to order (I'll post that link when it's available).
